1. By entering this ‘Mercury Taupo Winter Festival Giveaway’ (“Promotion”) and accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion starts at 9am 5th July 2024 and ends at 10pm 21st July 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Participants of all ages are eligible to enter the Promotion.
4. Only one entry per person
5. To enter, the participant is required to visit the Second Sun activation during the promotional period, scan the QR code and fill in the entry form online to go in the draw. This automatically puts you into the draw.
6. Any individual who tampers with the entry process (including through dishonesty) or submits an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion.  
7. There will be one prize winner drawn at random by the 30th August and notified via email or phone.
8. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go into the draw to win.The prize winner will be randomly drawn by the 30th August at the Mercury offices and the winners will be notified by email using the information provided on the winning entry within one week of the prize draw. There will be one winner of the promotion.
9. If the winner does not claim their prize within one week of the draw, the prize will be re-drawn.
10. One lucky winner will win a Samsung 65" UHD Smart TV valued at RRP NZ$2899.95 ("Prize").
11. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize cannot be used in combination with any other prize competitions, promotions or discounts.
12. You may not designate someone else as the winner. If you are unable or unwilling to accept your prize, Mercury may award it to an alternate winner.
13. If you accept a prize, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to accepting the prize.
14. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, Mercury may substitute the advertised prize for another prize which has approximately the same recommended retail price.
15. Mercury’s decision in relation to the winner(s), or any other aspect of this Promotion, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers, or any combination thereof. Nor is it responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of this Promotion.
17. If you win a prize you agree to participate in publicity generated by Mercury (or Mercury’s marketing partners), and agree to the use of your name, address, and photo for promotional purposes.
