IMPORTANT: NEW LPG CUSTOMERS.
Please note that we are unable to accept any new LPG customers at this time. This is due to a temporary shortage of LPG bottles. We expect this to be resolved at the start of Feb 2025.
We know this is a community where people get things done. The Waipipi Wind Farm Community fund will support organisations and projects that benefit the community around the wind farm. $25,000 is adjusted each year for inflation according to the CPI (see how much is available this year). The annual funding pool is split between two funding rounds.
We look for applicants from communities in the area surrounding the wind farm (defined as the Patea Ward of South Taranaki Council). Since the Fund began in 2021 we’ve supported projects at local schools, community halls, marae, golf clubs and sports clubs, rest homes and the amazing Waverley Summer Jam.
