ANASTASIA NENAROKOVA

Marketing Specialist

Anastasia

Tell us about your role?

My role sits within the Futures & Frontier squad, so our focus is on developing innovative products which are often 12-18 months from market. I’m a marketing specialist, so my role involves creating end-to-end campaigns, doing everything from working on the strategy to writing the FAQs to building landing pages.

What do you enjoy about your job?

That my role is so varied, and I get to shape how I approach my work. I find working on future products exciting, as they’re often aligned with wider industry goals, such as the energy transition. This requires innovation and technology-first solutions, which I then translate into customer-facing content.

Going from working within the customer space to now being in marketing, having that first-hand customer experience helps me to anticipate customer needs and factor that into our work.

How would you describe Mercury’s culture?

Our culture encourages and enables growth. My team works in a cross-functional way, which creates more collaboration and allows us to learn from our colleagues across different disciplines. After our merge with Trustpower back in 2022, we’re taking a new direction, and it’s an exciting place to be.
