We like to offer our customers who sign up to The Starship Big Bake Off a $15 bill credit to help cover your baking expenses for the day - It’s our way of saying thanks!

What is the Offer? 

  1. $15 Bill Credit (“Offer”) is available to existing residential Mercury customers who sign up to the Starship Big Bake Off fundraising campaign by 23 June 2024 at https://starshipbigbakeoff.org.nz/.
  2. As part of this offer, you will receive a $15 bill credit to help cover your baking expenses for the day so you can whip up a whole lot of wonderful in the kitchen and help fundraise for Starship.

How can I redeem the Offer?

  1. Customers who have signed up to the Starship Big Bake Off and have completed this form using your customer account name, account number, contact details, and Big Bake Off fundraising URL page. This form must be completed by midnight 30 June 2024 for your $15 bill credit to be redeemed.
  2. Your credit cannot be redeemed for cash. 

When will I receive my credit? 

  1. We’ll apply your $15 credit automatically to your Mercury account on your July or August bill. 

Chance to double your $15 credit  

  1. One lucky customer will win an extra $15 credit on their bill.
  2. The credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  3. To enter this promotion, you must comply with the terms above and comment a photo of your tasty creations in the comment section of our Facebook post.
  4. One winner will be randomly drawn by 5th of July 2024 and an extra $15 credit will be credited to their account on their July or August bill.
