BRINGING THE BUZZ AT EDEN PARK GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here's your chance to win a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro's with Mercury! We've put together the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) which you agree to by entering our 'Bringing the Buzz at Eden Park” promotion (the "Promotion").

The Promotion

1. By entering the Promotion, two lucky winners may each win a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro earphones (“Galaxy Buds2 Pro” or “Prize”).
2. The promotion period runs from 9.00 am on 15 November 2024 to 11.59 pm on 17 November 2024 ("Promotion Period").
3. Promotion prizes (“Prize”) are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason we unfortunately can’t provide the Prize, we’ll give you another prize of the same (or greater) value.

Eligibility

4. To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you’ll need to be living in NZ, aged 18 years or over and an existing Mercury customer (or you’ll need to join as a Mercury customer within 30 working days of the end of the Promotion Period).
5. If you win the Prize, you agree to the use of your first name and the initial of your surname for promotional purposes. We love sharing good news! If you choose not to agree to this, you will no longer be eligible to win the Prize, and the winner will be redrawn.

How to Enter

6. To enter the Promotion, comment on our Facebook post with a photo of you on one of our e.TukTuks at Eden Park during the Promotion Period. 
7. Entries must be received by Mercury before the expiry of the Promotion Period.
8. We want this Promotion to be fair for everyone, so if any entries are incomplete, illegible, 'hacked' or look fraudulent they may be deemed invalid at our discretion.
9. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, servers or providers. Nor are we responsible for any incorrect information caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion.
10. By entering this Promotion and accepting any prize, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Picking the winner

12. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will go in the draw. The winners will be randomly drawn within five working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
13. If you're a lucky winner, we'll notify you by phone or email within seven days of the prize draw using the contact details associated with your Mercury account. If you cannot be contacted by us within seven days, Mercury may choose to redraw another winner at its discretion.

Privacy

14. We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We’ll only collect and use your details for the purposes of running this Promotion.
15. To access or correct your details, get in touch with us. Mercury’s privacy policy will apply.

Other Legal Stuff

16. Mercury is the promoter of this Promotion. By entering, your information will only be used by Mercury - we won’t share this with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform we may use to run a Promotion. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to run a Promotion so Facebook, Instagram or any social media platform we may use to run a Promotion will not be liable to you for any reason.
17. We do our best to make all of our Promotions wonderful, but sometimes things can go wrong. However, if something does go wrong Mercury and its suppliers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you might suffer through participating in the Promotion or winning (or not winning) any Prize.
18. Occasionally, things happen which are outside of Mercury’s control and we may have to change or cancel the Promotion or these Terms.
