Our leave policies are designed to reflect a diverse workforce and as an adaptive employer we are committed to reviewing leave policies as needs change. 

PARENTAL LEAVE
26 weeks fully paid Primary Carer Leave – receive a “top up” of the IRD payments to your normal salary. 4 weeks of Partner Leave – with the flexibility to take this in the first 13 months.

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
Providing support so that you can take the time you need. It can betaken when you lose anyone close to you, including your pet.

GENDER AFFIRMATION LEAVE
Up to 4 weeks of paid Gender Affirmation Leave if you are going through gender transition and seeking to affirm your gender.

MY DAYS
5 additional days leave every year to help you balance your work and home life.

ADDITIONAL ANNUAL LEAVE
Each year you can apply to purchase extra annual leave if you want to spend more time doing what you love outside work.
